I’m an experienced CEO with nearly 30 years in the nonprofit sector. I’ve partnered with more than 50 organizations—including stepping in 22 times as an Interim Executive Director—guiding them through start-ups, turnarounds, and mergers. My expertise spans organizational and financial management, governance, program delivery, human resources and building the systems and infrastructure that allow nonprofits to thrive. While based in Denver, I’ve also worked with national and global organizations, bringing a broad perspective to every engagement.
In addition to my work as a Fractional CEO and Interim Executive Director, I’m also an executive leadership coach. Through my online business, IED Certified™, I teach women how to launch their own businesses as Interim Executive Directors—helping them unlock their income potential, work less, and lead with impact.
