I work with founders, investors, and leadership teams to simplify priorities, strengthen accountability, and improve how resources, people, and capital are being used across the organization. That often means tightening operations, aligning teams around what actually drives performance, and removing the friction that slows growth or erodes margins. When operations improve, performance follows — the business becomes more profitable, and teams operate with more clarity and less strain.
